I only wish I would have bought out the store of beef jerky to take home with me for the year. We are cooking up the steaks right now. Tom is a wonderful man. "The only meat market in the Northwoods to have a tomahawk steak and luckily they had one left! I'm an hour away and they held it for me! When I got there I ended up getting 2 more of the same cut of meat but with a shorter bone plus 2 lbs of beautiful ground beef and a Lake Tomahawk Meat Market t-shirt all to give my hubby for his birthday.
